From the middle of the year 2006 until February 2007, Financières Eos represented the hospitality group Westmont which acquired 5 Mercure hotels in Paris, among which the 236-room Mercure Terminus Nord and the 200-room Mercure Terminus Est.
For about € 170 M, Westmont bought 732 rooms of 3-star hotel in premium locations in Paris. The vendor was represented by Rothschild Mercure & Westmont
